Join Katherine at 8am by the lake each morning for a guided session in Mindfulness. Suitable for beginners as well as regular meditators. Take a moment of calm for yourself during a busy week. Mindfulness can help with relaxation, stress as well as focus the mind for creative projects. Please bring along a mat or something to sit on as the ground can be damp in the mornings, and allow yourself to rest, recharge and rejuvenate for the day ahead.
